As friends and family have gathered from around the world in Bellevue, Washington for Amin’s funeral and memorial gathering, we ask for your prayers during this difficult weekend. We hope to continue to share updates here with those of you unable to attend.
It is sunday 3:00 Am here in shanghai and in memory of our most cherished Amin I decided to light a candle here in china at the same time while the funeral is taking place in washington. In the agony and pain of our physical separation just finished reading the prayer for the departed and the repetition of the verses nineteen times had such powerful effect in my soul and heart . Our most devoted servant of God is at his eternal home and will watch over all of us . Amin will be missed among us but his beautiful spirit and memories with live with us forever.
Amin still comes often to my mind .He and his family were in my thoughts specially this weekend. Prayers have been said for him in our home in Beijing.And he’ll be a source of inspiration for me forever.
