One Response to Extended Video of Memorial by Colleagues

When one walks in to darkness, at first it is hard to see anything. Then the eyes adapt to this loss of light and slowly begin to see things we’d have passed over quickly had we walked by them in full light. Watching this memorial gathering of Amin’s colleagues and friends at work was a great reminder of what a bright light Amin shed in his very brief life to all of us. Our sense of what is important is heightened .We may make different use of our time. Retelling the stories and great memories we all shared with Amin will surely keep our dear Amin presence alive. After watching the video over and over and when we were asked to close our eyes for moments of remembering Amin I felt Amin’s soul was also present and was smiling with such joy that his life had such an impact on so many people at work. One of the ways we can enrich our lives after this great loss is to deeply sink ourselves in to how Amin made a choice to live his life according to his belief in his faith and teaching oneness of mankind and humanity. Now that Amin is no longer with us in physical sense, we begin to understand in a new way in which he will be with us in spirit. Amin had tremendous impact on all of us. His generous heart in offering the tie that was lend to his friend to keep, giving the black tea that his dad send for him to a friend that likes tea, buying coffee cup that now is being a reminder of his kind action is all such a great stories. Amin we love you and your detached attitude and the way you were in this earthly world is enough for us to know you are happy in your eternal home.
