Given in Vancouver, Canada by Mr. Ali Nakhjavani, at the time a member of the Universal House of Justice, the supreme governing body of the Baha’i Faith. Amin and his family can be seen in the audience at 2:00:03 of this talk as shown in the screen shot here.
